- Plan and facilitate selection processes including screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
- Compensation & benefits proposal discussion with the selected candidates, offer of appointment.

Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of p roven experience in Leadership Talent Acquisition in a large conglomerate or reputed Executive Search Firm with i ndustry exposure of Infrastructure or Hi-tech Manufacturing or IT/Technologies.
- Proficiency in MS office and related applications
Excellent executive presence, c ompetent in people skills, communication, networking, and stakeholder partnership
