Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience who have excellent written and communication skills. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for positions involving cutting-edge Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce technologies. Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and leads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce roles.
- Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to find potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess technical skills and experience.
- Assist in headhunting for key roles.
- Shortlist and present top candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on trends and technologies within the Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Suggest improvements to the recruiting process based on data and feedback.
- Assist in recruiting for non-technical and operations roles as needed.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce technologies.
- A passion for technology and the ability to stay current with industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
