The Assistant Manager – Young Professional Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving campus recruitment, branding, analytics, and engagement to build a sustainable talent pipeline. The role ensures effective manpower planning, seamless onboarding, and retention of young professionals, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Recruitment & Talent Pipeline:
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies for GETs, PGETs, MBAs, CAs, etc.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
- Campus Branding & Engagement:
- Enhance employer branding through campus activities like lectures, hackathons, and competitions.
- Execute pre-joining and internship engagement programs to improve conversions.
- Trainee Retention & Development:
- Develop strategies to ensure trainee retention and integration.
- Collaborate with L&D for structured career progression and leadership development programs.
- Campus Analytics:
- Track and report recruitment metrics, retention trends, and pipeline readiness.
- Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and forecast future needs.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Partner with business leaders and academic institutions to strengthen industry-academia relations.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, conclaves, and campus events.
- Process Innovation:
- Optimize recruitment processes with innovative tools and platforms.
- Ensure cost and resource efficiency while enhancing candidate experience.
