Role :
- Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
- Hiring for risk advisory team .
- Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
- Engaging stakeholder/business during the entire hiring journey .
- Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.
- Salary Negotiations & offer roll outs .
- Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
What we need ?
- PG + 2 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment (Non IT)
- Ability to manage multiple/volume hiring
- Strong Stakeholder management skills .
- Go getter & should be able to work in a fast paced environment .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
