Senior Vice President of HR/Payroll
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Location: Louisville (Hybrid: after a 90-day training period)
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Vice President of HR/Payroll to lead our HR and payroll operations for a corporate environment with 300 employees. This role will oversee payroll, benefits, and HR processes while implementing and improving systems to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits, with union experience preferred.
- Build and grow the HR department, implementing efficient processes and systems
- Ensure compliance and provide strategic leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively with employees across all levels, from entry-level to executives, demonstrating credibility and professionalism.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of adaptability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- HR degree and HR certifications are required.
- Experience managing multi-employer HR functions for corporate and service employees.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strategic focus and problem-solving mindset.
