The ideal candidate will have experience in areas related to the human resources field and Tech environment.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of non exempt employees, Trust & Safety, content moderation, HR practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle complex HR issues independently.
Candidates should work closely with management and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Leaders and Management
- Support employees (Full time and Non Exempt) and Interact with Contractors
- Instrumental in implementing HR Strategies
- Be a Strategic Partner: Employee Management, Guide supervisors and Leaders in HR Matters.
- Provide Day to Day support to Employees and Managers ( Assessing, anticipating in people's needs, conflict resolution, grievances, answer queries...)
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees, promote employees engagement and a positive work culture.
- Assist in Employee Surveys -Process, data gathering, analysis and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Experience in Trust and Safety or Content moderation is a must.
