Job Title: People Operations Manager
Overview: As a People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s HR strategy and operational excellence. You will manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

- Ensure HR policies comply with legal standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (depending on experience).
