Who You Are: In this role, you will spearhead Nutrabolt's growth & expansion across international Amazon marketplaces, owning P&L performance and strategic growth initiatives from market entry to operational excellence. As the strategic leader for our global marketplace, you'll drive commercial strategy, build key Amazon relationships, and scale our business across EU/UK, CA & APAC regions
This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.
What You're Good At:
Strategic Vision & Growth
- Own P&L and expansion strategy for Amazon International business across key global marketplaces (EU, UK, JP, CA)
- Develop Amazon International strategic roadmap within Nutrabolt's global omnichannel framework, ensuring optimal market positioning and brand presence
- Lead market entry initiatives, including localization strategy and compliance framework
- Work closely with Amazon US team to share best practices and testing opportunities
- Lead team of 2-3 regional account managers, helping them execute on the strategy and removing obstacles they encounter.
Marketplace Excellence & Operations
- Lead the development and optimization of Amazon- specific operational capabilities across international marketplaces, including inventory management, fulfillment strategy, and catalog optimization.
- Work closely with Media team to align marketing strategies & campaigns to overall channel strategy & tactics (promo calendar, product assortment, inventory, etc)
- Drive cross-market operational synergies while ensuring marketplace compliance
- Optimize inventory management, fulfillment strategy, and catalog presentation
- Develop strategies to minimize impact of 3P Sellers on Buy Box and align with offline channels to ensure pricing parity (avoid No Buy Box scenarios)
Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Design and execute market-specific commercial strategies, including pricing structure, promotional calendars, and assortment optimization.
- Lead new product launch strategy and execution across international marketplaces, ensuring alignment with global brand initiatives.
- Work closely with international leads to reduce online/offline channel conflict and avoid price wars through channel assortment, promo alignment and pricing guidelines.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with Amazon category leaders and account teams.
Performance Analytics & Growth Optimization
- Establish data-driven decision frameworks leveraging Amazon's analytics suite and in-house Data capabilities
- Lead cross-market demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Identify and capitalize on marketplace-specific growth opportunities through advanced analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Regular reporting on business performance
What You Contribute:
- 10+ years of experience with Amazon (Vendor / Seller) ecosystem preferably across different marketplaces (US, EU, CA, JP)
- Experience managing a P&L and driving growth while maintaining profitable margins, preferably with a Health & Wellness or CPG business
- 5+ years experience building and leading high-performance teams that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Strategic and innovate thinker who can deliver results that are aligned to business goals and objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
