Flex is seeking a highly skilled and growth-focused Senior HR Manager to help drive the next phase of our company’s expansion and impact in the feminine hygiene category. This role will be central to scaling our team while building and strengthening the people systems that fuel our culture and performance. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Senior HR Manager will oversee critical HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR analytics, to support our fast-paced growth trajectory.

Salary range: $110-125k per year, commensurate with experience and equity stock options
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition. Maintain a robust, multi-channel applicant funnel to prioritize, source, and fill Company hiring needs, coordinating with hiring managers and providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Onboarding & training. Facilitate new employee onboarding and ongoing professional development opportunities that maximize knowledge transfer, business continuity, and growth
- Employee relations. Provide strategic input on HR compliance and best practices and act on behalf of the Company during sensitive employment issues (e.g. violations, separations, leaves, etc.)
- Culture and events. Plan and execute company events that drive alignment towards business goals and foster a dynamic culture of inclusivity and trust
- Performance management. Lead and facilitate semi-annual performance reviews cycles, driving accountability and professional development across the team
- Payroll, benefits, and time off. Administer payroll ensuring alignment with current reimbursements, deductions and time off policies
- Benefits administration. Oversee our perks and benefits program, including health insurance renewals, and broker management
- HR systems. Maintain a clean and accurate HRIS, applicant tracking system (ATS), performance management, and recruiting channel platforms
- Insights and reporting. Provide updates and reporting on key metrics (e.g. employee engagement, time-to-hire) to track progress against Company goals and objectives and key results (OKRs)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Employee satisfaction, as measured by engagement surveys
- Recruiting velocity (ex: time to fill)
- Employee retention (voluntary & involuntary turnover)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on HR at a startup or early stage company, including experience in recruiting, HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
- Recruiting experience across multiple functions for a high-growth company, preferred
- Incredible follow-through and attention to detail without losing an 80/20 mindset
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and engaging as a visible leader capable ofmotivatingand inspiring others
- Speaks truth to power; proven to regularly provide useful positive and constructive feedback
- A demonstrated a track record of making meaningful impact and successive recognition / promotion
In 1 Month You Will:
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s organizational structure, culture, and existing HR policies, tools, and systems (e.g., ATS, payroll, benefits platform)
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of current hiring practices, employee relations policies, and onboarding processes, identifying immediate areas for improvement
- Establish trust and build strong working relationships with leadership, hiring managers, and team members
In 3 Months:
- Successfully manage the hiring pipeline to meet short-term hiring goals, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and providing regular progress updates
- Refine and implement onboarding processes to improve new hire integration, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and performance expectations
- Introduce preliminary reporting on key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and employee engagement, to track progress and inform decision-making
In 6 Months:
- Achieve measurable improvements in hiring efficiency and employee satisfaction, ensuring a scalable foundation for ongoing growth
- Lead the execution of bi-annual performance reviews, delivering actionable insights and fostering a culture of feedback and development
- Develop a strategic roadmap for long-term HR initiatives, including compensation planning, employee development programs, and enhanced engagement strategies, aligned with company growth goals
