The HR Generalist will take charge of Human Resources for the firm. Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
- Managing employee relations
- Overseeing benefits administration
- Maintaining the onboarding process
- Facilitating people operations
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance
- Ensuring a positive employee experience
- Helping with recruiting and other HR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong comprehension of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Background in professional services is a huge plus!
