Reporting To: Director, Human Resources, New York City Metropolis
Introduction: We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our new House of Dior boutique in NYC. The HR Manager will act as an operational and strategic business partner, ensuring best in class employee experience and handling the employee lifecycle with confidentiality and professionalism
Tasks & Responsibilities - HR Business Partnership :
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the flagship
- Lead HR strategies aligned with the House of Dior's & HR Americas roadmaps
- Provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring seamless and consistent practices.
- Act as a liaison between the House of Dior and corporate teams.
- Ensure the precise and timely execution of HR operations.
- Talent Development & Employee Experience :
- Partner with the Talent Development team to identify and address training needs.
- Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience that reflects our luxury standards.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects with CSR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams.
- Conduct career development discussions with House of Dior employees.
- Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compliance :
- Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, collaborating with regional HR Director
- Regularly communicate on ongoing investigations and provide detailed reports.
- Manage and resolve performance issues fairly and consistently.
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure adherence to Christian Dior and LVMH internal policies.

- 5 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- Strong relationship-building skills.
Additional information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
