We are partnering with a global, industry-leading professional services firm to find a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, where you’ll drive HR operations, employee relations, and talent initiatives.

As the HRBP, you will:

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies
Support senior HR leadership in implementing strategic HR initiatives
Lead HR operations for your office and deliver best-in-class service
Oversee internal trainee programs, partnering with department leaders to manage rotations and placements
Collaborate with the Global Compensation team to ensure fair and equitable compensation reviews
Foster a positive, inclusive work culture, supporting wellness and diversity initiatives

To be successful in this role you should have strong communication with excellent organizational skills. You should also have:

Minimum 4+ years of HR Generalist experience
Experience managing complex employee relations and providing guidance in a global matrix organization
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft and Kronos experience preferred) and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year
