My client, a lead private equity organisation, is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving meaningful people initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for designing and executing a people strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent while championing our company culture. Your focus will include:
- Talent Attraction & Retention – Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent and enhance employee experience, ensuring strong retention and engagement.
- Learning & Development – Drive leadership development, upskilling programs, and career growth initiatives to empower our workforce.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – Foster an inclusive culture through innovative DEI programs, ensuring equity in hiring, development, and advancement.
- Performance Management – Build and optimise a performance-driven culture with structured feedback, goal-setting, and career progression frameworks.
- Culture & Engagement Initiatives – Champion a people-first culture by leading initiatives that boost employee engagement, collaboration, and workplace satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR Leadership: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role gained with the technology, private equity or real estate investment (REIT) organisations
- Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to set high-level people strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to drive execution.
- Culture Champion: Passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace..
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how HR drives business success and a track record of influencing senior leaders.
