Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program Spring 2025

The Armani Group is one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with 10,500 direct employees, 12 production plants and more than 2,704 boutiques in 60 countries around the world. It designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home interiors, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names: Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and Armani Exchange.

We are looking for students who want to gain hands-on experience within the world of Armani. You will be learning the foundations of the brand and culture. Our program will immerse students in an inclusive environment with the conditions to set them up for success. This program will be held at the Giorgio Armani corporate office in NYC.

The Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program Spring of 2025 will run from January 27, 2025 through April 25, 2025

Intern Training Description:

Introduction to HR in Different Industries

Brief overview of the retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors.

Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in each industry.

Onboarding and Orientation

Understand the importance of a smooth onboarding process.

Familiarize with company policies, culture, and expectations.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Learn about sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Explore strategies for attracting diverse talent in retail, corporate, and hospitality settings.

Employee Training and Development

Explore training methods for both soft skills (communication, customer service) and technical skills (point-of-sale systems, inventory management).

Discuss the role of continuous learning in employee growth.

Performance Management and Appraisals

Learn how to set performance goals and provide constructive feedback.

Understand the appraisal process and its impact on employee motivation.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution

Explore best practices for handling employee grievances and conflicts.

Who You Are

Demonstrates a keen interest in understanding business and organizational goals, and a desire to learn about the world of Armani
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate/Graduate program
Unpaid internship | Proof of school credit is required
Must be available a minimum of 3 days in office
