As the Group Key Accounts Manager, you will be at the heart of our business, driving growth and building lasting relationships with our largest and most impactful clients. You’ll be the strategic mind behind our partnerships with key customers and channel partners, ensuring that our brands continue to thrive and expand. Your expertise will shape our go-to-market strategies, manage national account portfolios, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and results.
- Lead Channel Growth & Market Share: Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients. You'll work directly with top-tier customers to drive profitable sales growth, increase market share and brand objectives, ensuring they are well-supported and engaged with our brands.
- Lead Channel Strategy: You’ll collaborate with leadership to craft and execute long-term account strategies. Your insights and foresight will help shape product launches, distribution strategies, and promotional campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each key account.
- Brilliant Consumer Centric Execution in Group Accounts:
a. You will implement and execute consumer facing channel plans with an intention to grow the category and our brands’ visibility and equity in the channel.
b. You’ll enable JBPs & Top to Tops with key National Group accounts and brilliant regional execution of channel plans.
- New Business Opportunities: You will identify and seize new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell to expand existing accounts. You'll use your deep knowledge of the industry and market trends to develop actionable sales plans that drive measurable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with regional sales, marketing, trade marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products, promotions, and service. Your coordination will help ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly and on time.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics to assess performance and optimize strategies. You'll monitor and report on key account sales, trends, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Brand Ambassador: Be the face of the company, promoting our unique brand story and culture. Represent us at industry events, tastings, and key client meetings, always with enthusiasm and a deep passion for beer.
