What you will be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and managers.
- Lead the onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively, ensuring they are well equipped for success. Manage offboarding with a focus on smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour laws in India.
- Develop and implement HR policies that reflect best practices and ensure consistency while adapting to local legal requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to support employee development initiatives, including training, career planning, and leadership development.
- Manage and optimize HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, support diversity and inclusion efforts, and contribute to a thriving company culture across diverse markets.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to monitor employee turnover, engagement, and other key indicators, providing insights for decision-making.
What are the requirements of the role:
- You are a highly organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HR or People Operations role.
- Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices in India
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
