Roles & responsibilities -
Spearheading hiring for technology transformation.
Create and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent for the risk advisory division.
Supervise and mentor the team , ensuring high performance.
Work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals.
Lead initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market .
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize talent acquisition efforts, reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
What we need ?
PG + 7 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment from consulting firms. (volume hiring)
Should have managed team in current/previous stint .
Go getter & should be able to work in a fast paced environment .
Strong hold on stakeholder management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
