- Lead the Health Insurance and Cash Loans team
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline and continuously improve the processes following a data-driven approach
- Ensure high-quality standards in all customer interactions by the teams across all channels
- Support team growth through training and development initiatives.
What would you do at Navi?
- To Lead and manage a team for Health Insurance and Cash Loan
- Responsible for the overall direction and performance of the team
- Ability to set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals while making the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Manage the career growth and development of the Customer Support team
- Manage workflow, handle escalations, and continuously improve the processes followed
- Drive the preparation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives
- We are looking for some self-starters with high ownership who love getting their hands dirty and building industry first things ground up.
What are some good skills for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of 3+ years of overall experience with managerial exposure (MBA can be an added advantage)
- Demonstrate the ability to influence, lead, and present ideas via clear written and oral communication
- Ability to take initiative without being asked to and highly skilled in data analysis
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment and will display
