Role Summary
This role is a combination of compliance oversight, project management, and data analytics within the Talent Acquisition function. The individual will lead the TA COE compliance framework, ensuring adherence to recruitment policies through regular audits and interfacing with internal audit teams. He/She will drive the transition of the employee onboarding experience to a Digital Onboarding environment and support the Head of Talent Acquisition as the PMO lead on strategic enterprise initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
TA COE Compliance
· Oversee the TA COE compliance framework by conducting monthly internal audits. Ensure adherence to Recruitment policy and proactively identify areas for improvement.
· Lead the annual Talent Acquisition audit and act as the primary liaison with the internal audit team, ensuring timely completion of audit activities.
Digital Onboarding
· Lead the transition of employee onboarding to a Digital Onboarding environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to co-manage project deliverables & timelines.
· Organize and facilitate in-person physical onboarding sessions as needed.
TA PMO
· Serve as the PMO lead, supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition on enterprise initiatives such as TA Cost Optimization and the Data Privacy Transition.
· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the TA & lead projects aimed on the same.
TA Analytics
· Manage the TA Analytics and Reporting workstream, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and insights. Provide leadership in the development of analytical tools and dashboards
· Work closely with the MIS Lead to analyze trends, generate insights, and escalate potential issues for further investigation.
Job Specifications:
· Master of Business Administration or Equivalent Degree with 6+ years of experience in relevant field
