Wio Bank is looking for a HR Manager for the India Growth Hub who will establish effective HR processes to support a positive and productive work environment. This role will align HR practices with Wio Bank’s standards while catering to the specific needs of the India team, ensuring smooth onboarding, high engagement, performance management, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: support and oversee recruitment for the India team, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and collaborate with the Wio HR team to attract top talent aligned with Wio’s standards.
- Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinate team inductions, and establish clear reporting structures to foster seamless integration and accountability.
- Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: Monitor employee satisfaction, organize engagement activities, and implement a rewards and recognition program to maintain a motivated team.
- Performance Management: Define and align KPIs with Wio’s goals, and work with team leaders to facilitate fair performance appraisals.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop India-specific HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and coordinate with Wio HR to align policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Maintain equitable salary structures, conduct benchmarking, and manage employee benefits in line with Indian regulations.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with Wio Bank’s people management practices.
- Training & Development: Organize skill and leadership development programs to equip team members with industry-relevant skills.
- Compliance & Payroll Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage contracts, and oversee payroll processing.
- Global HR Coordination: Collaborate with Wio HR team on talent development, performance reviews, and policy alignment.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance HR operations for optimal performance and compliance with standards.
What are we looking for?
- Proven HR experience in a multinational setting, preferrable with delivery center or BPO experience
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Skills in onboarding, engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
