Key Deliverables:

Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business delivery
Proactive sourcing of candidates for retail using different sourcing channels like headhunting, campuses, social media etc.
Working with Talent Acquisition Head to understand current and forward projected manpower requirements
Screening resumes, conducting initial screening and run end to end assessment centres
Responsible for issuing offers and negotiations
Issue of appointment letter and complete joining formalities
Liaise with L&D team to ensure smooth on-boarding
Responsible for handling Talent Acquisition dashboard & budgets
Managing recruitment vendors' base
Maintain and track average cost per hire and minimize incidental costs related to hiring activities for the region
