- Experienced with building a great work culture
- Must have good communication skills
- Preferred to have experience working with a tech company
- Help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resource plans
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media)
- Payroll Management
- Must help with creating policies and documenting the company's guidelines.
