Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
- Source candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
- Screening & Interview Coordination:
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels, ensuring timely feedback and decision-making.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely offer rollouts.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Track key metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment across various roles and industries.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
