We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for Backend Operations role at NAB India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Creating compelling job descriptions and engaging job postings.
- Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company and build relationships.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Hiring and Onboarding:
- Negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and data.
- Providing ongoing support to new hires and hiring managers.
Relationship Building and Employer Branding:
- Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Promoting the company's brand as a great place to work.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with crafting job descriptions, preparing job offer letters, and conducting compensation analyses.
- Maintain candidate databases and coordinate interviews.
Required skills and qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods for bulk, lateral and fresher hiring.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
