What are we looking for
- The candidate should be on a mission to make Salty the go-to brand when it comes to fashion accessories (Think of jewellery, belts, bags, eyewear etc)
- You'll be helping create our collections and also managing the entire procurement part
- You have a knack for picking the latest trends in the global and Indian market
- Have experience in managing vendors and buying at scale
What are your responsibilities?
- You will be responsible for curating our design catalogs based on the latest trends and market demand
- As a Buying manager, you will work directly with the founders and have ownership over the whole purchasing workflow
- Starting from trend identification, to negotiating with the vendors to timely supply of orders, you'll be responsible for all of this
- You will be working with various teams - Be it marketing or operations to sync our upcoming and winner products

Requirement
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in fashion designing, fashion merchandising, fashion business management or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Buying roles.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Can Work from In-Office (Okhla Phase 3 - New Delhi)
