As Brand Manager, you will define our brand identity (WHO), drive communication and creative strategy (WHAT), and lead GTM planning to achieve business outcomes (HOW). What your current role should be like?
- Strategize, run, and maintain brand awareness campaigns, amplifying product propositions to the desired target audiences
- Build brand/product communications from 0-1, owning the development and messaging of the brand narrative and identity within a new category
- Work together with various creative agencies-as well as in-house creative teams in conducting brand and marketing campaigns including planning, budgeting & execution to ensure each designated KPI is achieved
- Proven ability to drive alignment across teams (partnerships, creative, finance, analytics, product and so on) at various levels
- Strong experience in brand building and scaling from scratch to large, established brands
- Taking ownership of company/products digital channels (website, social media, etc.)
- Lead communication and creative strategy, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence
- Foster brand innovation to reinforce key brand pillars and influence product direction
- Be the custodian of the corporate and product brand manuals and messaging to optimize audience engagement
What will you do?
- Drive all marketing communications and PR efforts across all channels (social, content, activation events, etc.) to enhance brand recognition establishing Indepay brand within a new Paybybank category
- Active participation in representing the brand in all regional and local events to build brand reputation and thought leadership in the new category being established
- Brainstorming new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading to quick-test pilots to increase relevant user traffic
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns at corporate/brand level
- Design branding, positioning, partnering with the creative teams to advise on compelling ad copies (Images & content) for various mediums and channels, developing test ideas, and managing A/B testing
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Develop brand positioning, the customer value proposition that resonates and connects with customers
- Partner with UX research, customer support and engage customers proactively to understand & articulate the voice of the customer.
- Develop and execute GTM (Go to Market) strategies with customer-centric targets for brand awareness campaigns, experimentation tactics and measurable RoI
- Translate product intent into compelling narratives, customer value propositions, positioning & messaging based on customer and competitive insights.
- Create high impact creative briefs (e.g. PR, FAQ, Blogs, New Product introductions etc.) that are inspiring, compelling and visionary.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team and work with the design team to develop the sales materials and tools that support the selling process
- Foster strong relationships & influence company-wide leadership & drive cross-functional alignment with product management, marketing, design and growth
What do you have?
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience in a consumer facing technology product category, MBA from Premier institute preferred
- Demonstrated experience in using data and metrics to measure impact, identify improvements, and effectively present goals to stakeholders, aligning team efforts with business objectives
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities
- Ability to think and influence both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and persuade leadership
