About the Role & Team
Leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance employee experience and improve operational efficiency of People operations as well as overall People success (HR) team. Optimize employee lifecycle processes, drive automation, manage workforce planning, oversee HR projects, audits, and data analysis, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire) and develop tailored solutions to improve efficiency and experience
- Plan, manage, and execute various automation projects and improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle for full-time and temporary staff, including onboarding, rehiring, leave management, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with established SOPs and monitor employee lifecycle processes to meet defined SLAs.
- Design and implement strategies that create positive employee experiences at each stage of the employee journey.
- Lead workforce planning by creating input templates, logics, summaries, analyzing trends, and offering insights. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize workforce utilization and align resource allocation with business objectives.
- Program manage key HR projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and successful outcomes.
- Manage HR data requests from internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and auditors.
- Manage internal and statutory audits ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
- Prepare dashboards and analyze reports to assess process effectiveness of key people processes/ areas and support data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in HR automation, HR operations, HR projects/ program management, performance management
- Highly organized and structured, with agility to navigate and adapt to ambiguous situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of HR projects
- Experience of designing/ managing/ automating processes across employee lifecycle (HR system implementation experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Google Suite and advanced Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
