Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technology talent for a range of technical roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the positions and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified technical candidates using various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and resume databases.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, including phone and video interviews, to assess candidates’ technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and advise on market trends and salary expectations
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for urgent hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Market Research & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and tech talent demands. Prepare regular reports on recruiting activities, challenges, and success metrics.
Requirement :
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, with a focus on hiring technical professionals (software developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with common recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills and determine fit for the role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruiting for startup or fast-growing tech companies
- Familiarity with technical screening tools or coding assessments
- Networked within the tech community and have a deep understanding of the talent pool.
