Pixis is seeking a dynamic and proactive Associate - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team.
The Associate - Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a drive for excellence to contribute to the success of Pixis.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from posting job openings and conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilise applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including creating job descriptions, career site content, and recruitment marketing materials.
- Support campus recruitment efforts, including attending career fairs, coordinating campus events, and building relationships with universities and student organisations.
- Stay informed about market trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles; experience in technology or software industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
