We are looking to hire an HRBP for the Technology who can partner with tech org leadership and drive holistic development of employees and deliver seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle

The role-holder will be need to
- Be good at first principles based problem solving, have functional mastery over varied disciplines ( comp, culture, learning, career, branding, communications, staffing) and being able to apply them to drive long term initiatives and results
- Prioritize well (with some help!) and have the ability to balance long term and short term, hard and softer aspects of the job
- Work with tech leaders to put in place effective solutions and drive key rituals viz., talent management, performance management, compensation planning and manpower planning activities independently for the business unit
- Able to appreciate and understand the tech talent pool, identify and address problem statements that provides long term leverage to the tech org through talent
What you will need
Experience of having worked in high growth and fast paced environment / Prior HRBP experience in tech functions partnering with Engineering and Product orgs would be an added advantage
