Our team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition to join our recruiting team. In this role you will be working closely with our recruiting peers and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. The role reports to Head of Talent Acquisition based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle and handing end-to-end recruitment process
- Be a trusted advisor by partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing plans, improve processes, negotiate offers and close candidates
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Focus on the short-term recruiting goals while always building a long-term passive pipeline
- Use the ATS to drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity, as well as data integrity and reporting
- Navigate challenges with candidates, colleagues, or hiring teams with a solutions and team-oriented approach
- Develop relationships with managers, department leaders, and interviewers and set each person up for success in their roles throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal teams including total rewards, HR Ops, legal and finance to achieve department and company-wide hiring goals
- Provide feedback to peers and leadership team enabling the talent team to continuously improve and achieve our goals
- Represent as the brand ambassador during recruitment activities, promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and provide insights to the business on recruitment performance, time-to-hire, and quality of hires.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies (if applicable), ensuring service quality is delivered on track for target to hire/timeline to meet

Demonstrated ability to identify problems and solve them effectively
Ability to organize resources, data, tasks, and people effectively and displays effective prioritization and use of resources based on new information
Experience building out recruiting process and procedure at a mid-stage company (preferred)
Proficient with recruiting tools and ability to learn new tools – experience with ATS (Avature) would be a plus
Strong understanding of sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required or years of relevant recruiting experiences
Min. 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience primarily supporting customer success, sales, commercial teams sourcing experience with a recruiting agencies or in-house recruiting team
Strong understanding of local employment laws and hiring regulations
Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
- Proven experience or track record in hiring talent within ecommerce or technology related industry (IC or leadership roles)
- Experience with technical tracking systems / software (Applicant Tracking System – Avature or Workday)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and close searches on time to meet recruiting goals
- Proven track record of success in scaling ideally in high volume hiring environment
