Job Summary: Navi is on the lookout for a strong Head, Tech Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and help Navi achieve it’s ambitious goals by attracting and onboarding the brightest of candidates. This role involves overseeing strategic hiring initiatives across the tech domain. We need a forward-thinking leader who can expertly manage the complexities of talent acquisition in the world of technology, drive top-notch recruitment practices, and promote a culture of speed, innovation and quality.
Responsibilities :
● Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports company goals and growth objectives.
● Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
● Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
● Oversee the entire lateral recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for technical and tech leadership roles.
● Employ innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology platforms to build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
● Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Design and implement recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
● Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with internal teams to attract top talent and enhance the company's brand reputation.
● Manage the talent acquisition budget to ensure optimal use of resources.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance the talent acquisition function .
Key Skills Required :
● 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, focused primarily on top-tier tech talent hiring.
● Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective recruitment strategies across various industries for technical and tech leadership positions.
● Deep knowledge of the current tech recruitment landscape and emerging talent acquisition trends.
● Proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams.
● Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
