Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing and Driving Content Creation and Promotion Across All Marketing Channels including ATL, BTL, Social Media, App & Site.
- Strategising and Managing Integrated Marketing, Planning, and Brand Campaigns Across All Platforms with Daily Brand Hygiene on Social & Site.
- Driving Brand Strategy and Conducting New Brand Launches.
- Liaison with different Internal Teams, Partners, and Agencies to Ensure Desired Results.
- Marketing Planning, Go-To-Market Strategy, Content Creation, and Responsible for Product Launches across online and offline mediums.
- Doing consumer research to create product propositions and decide on features and benefits to communicate to target customers.
- Maintaining and developing ideas and implementing campaigns for product promotions in digital and physical spaces like our Experience centers.
- Increase the brand's engagement through various marketing initiatives.
- Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules along with the creative team.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various digital touchpoints.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management and measure performance basis set KPIs and goals.
- Driving efficiency in social listening strategies regarding digital chatter to derive meaningful insights.
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in marketing a new category.
- Idea machine catch trends and fast turnaround contextualizing them to brand needs.
- Experience in an agency or a leading consumer-facing brand.
- Ability to maintain brand and pulse across multiple brands and platforms.
- Should be able to define KPIs based on brand objectives.
- Experience in branded content is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills - Ability to articulate ideas and key objectives.
- Experience with SFV creation and/or platforms is an added bonus.
- Portfolio with demonstrated campaigns and results.
- Agile, with experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Obsessed with pop culture and quick-to-catch references.
- Network of agency/influencer relations a bonus.
- Prides themselves on their sense of humor unafraid to bring out their ideas to the table.
- Demonstrable background in social media campaign strategy.
