The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Human Resources/People professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
people operations and employee engagement. You will be responsible for
creating the best employee experience and leading employee engagement activities.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the champion of Nimble’s values and culture, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment that reflects our mission and vision.
- Collaborate with leaderships to align HR strategies with business goals, providing insights and recommendations that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Design and execute comprehensive programs that enhance the employee experience, ensuring that all Nimble employees feel supported and valued throughout their journey.
- Manage all aspects of People Operations, including: Visa and work permit applications for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Overseeing employee benefits such as social security, health insurance, provident funds, education allowances, etc.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR practices are compliant and up to date.
- Provide guidance and support on legal matters related to employment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate company events that strengthen community and foster a sense of belonging.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent aligned with our culture.
- Mentor and develop the People Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations role.
- Experience in employer branding, retention management, and employee relations are essential.
- Good knowledge of Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Thai Labor Law.
- Good experience in Visa and Work Permit for foreigners processes is a strong plus.
- You are genuinely people-oriented with outgoing personality, you go out of your way to meet and engage with people inside and outside the company. To get to know people and learning about what drives them in order to look for ways to help them make progress in their life.
- Versatility in order to adapt how you, your team, and our people ops related initiatives work. Also, to ensure that our company over-delivers despite adverse situations (e.g. COVID-19).
- A driven and self-starter attitude. You look for ways to improve yourself and learn every day.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Only Thai nationals will be considered for this role.
