Our client, a leading IT solutions and technology company, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead their recruitment strategy and drive top-tier executive hiring.
This role will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, with a focus on hiring C-level and management positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead executive-level hiring, specializing in C-level and management recruitment.
- Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strengthen employer branding through both online and offline initiatives.
- Manage and enhance partnerships with universities, job boards, and HR software providers.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
- Analyze and report on key hiring metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or in a senior recruitment leadership role.
- Experience in executive search and leadership hiring, particularly for C-level and management roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS, and HR databases.
- Demonstrated success in employer branding and talent strategy.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
