About the department - Human Resources – Center of Excellence (HR-COE) of Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. plays an integral part in helping the group companies within Charoen Pokphand Group to achieve the entities’ objectives and to initiate and execute human resources strategies ranging from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Strategy & Compliance, People Rewards, Culture & Internal Communication to Organization Development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire the best candidates for various roles within the organisation
- Oversee and continuously optimise the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging various recruitment channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Lead the development and execution of employer branding campaigns to elevate the company's reputation and appeal to target talent pools
- Analyze recruitment and employer branding metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in talent acquisition and employer branding
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Proven track record of implementing successful talent acquisition and employer branding strategies that have resulted in a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically, identify and address talent challenges, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
