Description & Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated People & Culture Officer at Jardine’s Group level. As a member of the Group Talent Management team, the successful candidate will report into Managers of Group Talent Management and play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth implementation of Jardines Talent Management cycle throughout the year. On a broader level, you will work with key counterparts across the Group People and Culture team and our Group Companies on matters related to talent management.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning and implementation of annual Group Talent Review and succession planning efforts
Manage logistics and administration for talent development and engagement activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent records and databases
Assist in consolidation of talent data, both quantitative and qualitative, and prepare presentation decks for internal reporting and review
Assist in planning and implementation of Jardines high potential talent programme
Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster effective working relationships, including but not limited to: Group People and Culture team, People & Culture team across all Jardines Group Companies, external vendors or consultants
Provide support for other talent projects as required

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of working experience
Solid organisational and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with quantitative and qualitative data
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive talent data
