Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of working experience
- Solid organisational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with quantitative and qualitative data
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive talent data
