They are currently seeking an exceptional digital expert to join their growing team of creatives.
The
Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and manage the group’s digital marketing landscape. They will be responsible for spearheading digital marketing projects and campaigns, optimising the guest journey from acquisition to loyalty, and building promotion strategies using an array of marketing channels.
Key Missions Include:
- Planning and executing the local and international digital marketing strategy across a variety of marketing channels;
- Developing, implementing, and optimising SEO strategies to drive organic traffic whilst improving website rankins;
- Managing SEM campaigns and PPC advertising;
- Designing and executing email marketing campaigns, analysing performance and maximising open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness;
- Creating, managing, and monitoring social media strategies, trends, metrics,
- Overseeing website management and ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency, monitoring performance and analytics;
- Utilising CRM tools to track and analyse guest interactions and data, developing strategies to enhance guest retention, loyalty, and satisfaction;
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics and insights, and actionable recommendations.
We seek individuals with:
- A clear career progression, with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management;
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and CRM;
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools & platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot);
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to utilise data to develop and measure campaign performance;
