Our client has a growing team and would consider applicants from share plan specialists from accountancy or legal backgrounds. Alongside strong technical skills you will need the ability to get involved in day to day business development. Looking for a ‘game-changer’ someone who can come in and really help with the next stage of development of this practice. Great flexible working too - would consider a 4 day week for the right individual. Client base ranges from multinationals to dynamic OMB's.
