The job-holder will be responsible to formulate and conduct a series of work plans in strengthening and enhancing the process of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing logistic and on boarding
Assist HR Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives
Maintain recruitment system & database and prepare recruitment-related reports
Work closely with service managers to understand their needs and requirements, explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs
Participate in employer branding activities and represent the company at campus recruitments, job fairs and other recruitment events
Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance candidate management
Perform any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2-years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent
