About the role
- Accountable for full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration, staffing and employees’ relations matters in Hong Kong and APAC countries
- Assist Manager to formulate and review HRM strategy, policies and practices to cope with business needs
- Constantly review the operational process to improve the efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT in HRIS implementation and enhancement, including UAT, specification definition and system interface setting
- Ensure data accuracy in global and local HRIS
- Participate ad hoc HR projects and support global initiatives implementation / deployment
- Compile report analysis for management review and identify improvement actions, if necessary
What you will need
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in multi-cultural environment / sizable organization. With hands-on experience in APAC countries would be an advantage
- Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other HRM related regulations
- Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline with quality deliverables
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Mature, self-motivated, proactive and innovative
- Well organized and attention to details with strong numeric sensitivity
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
