People Experience Officer (Human Resources)

You'll be bringing these values to us…

Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & performance management coordination, etc.
Work closely with designed business units in the whole recruitment & selection cycle from job posting, screening & interviewing, and job offering
Responsible for formalities and document administration including on-boarding & off-boarding arrangements, staff movements, etc.
Handle disciplinary issues and staff inquiries on general HR matters
Support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities, follow up with staff communication content preparation
Maintain accurate and updated employee data in the HR system and filing system
Provide support in HR policies and procedures implementation, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you possess…

Bachelor Degree in Human Recourses Management or relevant disciplines
4 years of Human Recourses experience gained from a retail/labor-intensive company
Well-versed knowledge of employment-related legal regulations and requirements
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Workday experience (high advantage)
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of different levels and backgrounds
Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible mindset with the ability to handle multi-tasks
Ability to work independently and also in a team
Candidate with more experience will also be considered as “Senior People Experience Officer”
