Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals
Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for Front-line roles in Hong Kong and selected overseas locations
Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs
Requirements
Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 6 years’ recruitment and talent acquisition experience
Experience gained from similar industry or agencies is preferable
Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
