Responsibilities:
Source talents from different regions, including Hong Kong and multiple countries.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboard candidates, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Handle end-to-end onboarding & offboarding formalities and staff cases.
Ensure and support the implementation of internal policies, procedures, and regulations in daily work.
Act as a business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people-related matters, such as retention, change management, salary benchmarking, disciplinary actions, and performance management, etc.
Support various HR initiatives and employee relations activities.
Support ad hoc projects & initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in (regional) talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and networking strategies to attract top talent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good communication in English & Mandarin.
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
