We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join us. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including payroll administration, policy development, compensation and benefits, operations, and recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compensation and Benefits:Oversee and hands on payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries.
Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and CPF regulations.
Evaluate and recommend employee benefits to enhance engagement and retention.
HR Policies & Compliance:Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Singapore’s labor laws.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
HR Operations & Administration:Oversee HR operations, including employee records management.
Develop and implement HR process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Ma Kuang TCM as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll regulations.
Experience in compensation and benefits, recruitment, and HR policy development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in infotech is an advantage.
Good MS office/Share Point/PPT & Excel skills
