[What the role is]
As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the team to strategise and execute the tactical plans of NEA’s Strategic Workforce Plan to build a competent and resilient workforce that is aligned to the organisational directions and the external reality.
[What you will be working on]
Your key job responsibilities will include the following:
Plan, manage and co-ordinate all the HR functions so as to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Deliver HR solutions and strategies, such as organisation design, that are aligned to achieve the strategic objectives of the line departments.
Partner the HR policy teams to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies.
Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach.
Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys.
Attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders.
Handle procurement paperwork for HR services and projects.
Drive employer branding initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects.

Able to work in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same.
