Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with hiring teams and leaders.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and offer facilitation while meeting global SLAs.
Proactively source talent, leveraging employer branding and various recruitment channels.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Sourcers and Coordinators to streamline the recruitment process.
Collect and analyse talent pool data to generate actionable insights and drive strategic hiring plans.
Support and optimise talent acquisition programs like employee referrals.
Partner with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with the company’s long-term goals.
Champion diversity and ensure gender-diverse candidate shortlists.
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global multinational, preferably in Fintech or Technology.
Proven expertise in managing recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
Extensive experience with diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
Strong interviewing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in using data analytics to inform recruitment strategies.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Project management skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
