Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership and HR teams.
- Establish hiring frameworks to attract high-caliber professionals across banking, investment management, and financial technology.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global talent acquisition team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.
- Implement best practices for recruiter training, hiring manager coaching, and process optimization.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract top talent in competitive global markets.
- Oversee recruitment marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, social media, and talent events.
- Develop partnerships with universities, industry associations, and professional networks to build talent pipelines.
Executive & Niche Hiring:
- Oversee global executive search initiatives, ensuring alignment with leadership succession planning.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for specialized roles in financial services, including investment banking, asset management, and fintech.
- Partner with external search firms to enhance executive hiring capabilities.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Lead global DEI hiring initiatives, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive equitable recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and analyze hiring data to track progress on DEI goals.
Technology & Recruitment Innovation:
- Leverage AI-driven recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Implement recruitment automation solutions to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Metrics, Compliance & Risk Management:
- Develop and monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal hiring policies.
- Manage recruitment budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a global leadership role within a financial institution.
- Proven expertise in executive search, strategic workforce planning, and employer branding.
- Strong knowledge of financial services recruitment, including banking, investment management, and fintech hiring.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed recruitment teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment technology, ATS platforms, and talent analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Strong understanding of DEI hiring best practices and global labor regulations.
