We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, managing employer branding initiatives, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific hiring strategies
- Enhance employer branding by developing creative recruitment marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and partnerships
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment i.e. retail/FMCG/ecommerce
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employer branding strategies.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
