Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Attraction Specialist to drive our talent pipeline initiatives through strategic partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including polytechnics, universities, and other training providers. This individual will be responsible for managing all internship, scholarship, practicum, project, and clinical placement programs while ensuring a strong and continuous talent pipeline for NTUC Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with IHLs, career services, faculty members, and relevant stakeholders to promote NTUC Health as an employer of choice.
- Partner with internal hiring managers and departments to understand talent needs and align IHL engagements accordingly.
- Coordinate and execute campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract student talent and early-career professionals to NTUC Health.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent pipeline programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and oversee agreements and contracts related to partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process for students, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience during their placement with NTUC Health.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of internship and scholarship programs.
- Collaborate with our Corporate Communication & Branding team to enhance employer branding initiatives targeted at students and young professionals.
- Any other talent attraction portfolios and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
You should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in talent attraction, campus recruitment, or IHL engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with IHLs and managing student-related programs is highly preferred.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for employer branding and talent engagement.
